How it came together

Day 1 — The idea becomes real
Initial dashboard built from scratch and pushed to GitHub. The first live site went up for ENGR within hours of the first conversation.
19–20 May 2026
Core features & governance
Members tab rebuilt, opponent toggle added, Admin queue workflow designed, live site locked to read-only. The data pipeline took shape across a dozen iterative sessions.

Plugin & automation for the team
The engr-duel-ops plugin was built so R4/R5 members could submit and manage scores without needing to understand what's under the hood.

Season 4 identity & polish
Full S4 Dinosaur Origin theme rollout, Full Prep live timeline, BETA badge, About tab with the Gun House contact card. The dashboard started feeling like a real product.

The bump chart Rank Trace view launched. Day 5 scores submitted and published. New features continue to be added each day — this page is one of them.

Rest Day refresh & automated weekly stats
Sunday Rest Day. The Effort & Cost tab was first updated with weekly numbers. A scheduled task was created to auto-refresh these figures every Sunday. Token estimate refined to 2.8–3.2M from bottom-up calculation.

Full metrics refresh — real numbers
All Effort & Cost stats cross-checked against live data: 45 commits (up from 33), 3,804 lines of code (up from 3,312), 28 sessions, 8 days. Corrected figures now reflect the true scale of the project.

Week 3 — AVA Record, site structure & ops
AVA Record admin tab designed and built, site structure documented, alliance statistics expanded, ScrollLock UI fix, and 5 more sessions of continuous improvement. Commits surged to 122 (+77), codebase grew to 6,114 lines, and days active reached 13.
2 – 7 Jun 2026
Week 4 — GunBoard, auth, skill optimisation & full week ops
GunBoard dashboard generalised for multi-alliance use, user auth approach designed, Submit Daily Scores skill optimised for token efficiency, D2–D6 scores submitted and published. Brando alias mismatch resolved, Day 6 recalculation logic refined, weekly total computation improved. Sessions surged from 46 → 88, commits from 134 → 136, codebase to 6,146 lines, days active reached 19.
8 – 14 Jun 2026 — today
Week 5 — UI redesigns, training videos & full week ops
Week overview tab redesigned, contextual toolbar added, rank-race ribbon bug fixed, week-scoped tab bar built, Season 4 gameplay guide completed. Training video support added, Rose buff feature shipped. D1–D6 scores submitted and published across the full week. Sessions grew from 88 → 120, commits to 165, days active to 25.

The ENGR Alliance Duel Command Center is an unofficial, internally-built tracking tool for Alliance ENGR (State #188) competing in Duel League Diamond 237-2 in Last Z: Survivor Game.
It aggregates daily duel scores, member performance, and strategic guidance to help the alliance leadership monitor and coordinate the weekly Alliance Duel competition. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the game developers in any way.
